Zima Consulting may contact candidates to advise them of specific opportunities we consider to be relevant to them. Zima Consulting may contact as well, clients with services or candidates we consider may be of interest to them. You can notify us at any time if you wish to cease receiving such information.

Access to your personal information

You have the right to request a copy of the personal information Zima servicios profesionales, s.l. holds about you and to have any inaccuracies corrected. The personal information communicated to Zima Consulting is used for the purpose of recruitment or any other service that Zima servicios profesionales, s.l. offers to our clients. Search and Selection

Below are summarized the main elements and steps in our search and selection process.

Confidentiality is guaranteed to both parties (company and candidate) since the first moment.

The aim of the interview is to exchange information about a candidate and about the opportunity with Zima Consulting’s client. Both parties can decide whether the candidate continues in the process or not.

Any details and information about candidates will be communicated to our client only with their consent. In that sense, Zima Consulting expects a similar confidentiality from candidates with regards to any information thay may receive about the client, the process, the position or any other relevant and related aspect.

Zima Consulting will only submit candidate’s applications, in case we consider their professional experience and personal profile may be a good fit for the role, and once confirmed the interest from the candidate.

In case the client and the candidate would decide moving forward, Zima Consulting will submit a confidential report to our client. This will include information from a candidate’s curriculum vitae, which will have been given to us. This information will be the candidate’s responsibility and may require validation. Candidates may be asked to undergo tests, and at a certain stage, Zima Consulting would need to take up references. We will inform candidates beforehand and will go over the question of confidentiality with them.

If and when our client confirms his interest in a candidate’s application, a first meeting with him or her will be organized either at the Zima consulting’ or client’s offices. These meetings can be organized as well in another places as hotels or business centers.

 

We are committed to keep candidates informed of any developments during the recruitment process. After each contact with our client we expect the candidate to reaffirm his/her interest for the position and to share any question which may need to be clarified.

Finally, if the candidate joins the organisation to which we have introduced him/her to, we will follow up the onboarding process during the first few months to confirm expectations are satisfied.
